Overview

Brigham Michaud leverages his experience to advise commercial property owners on real estate tax appeals, exemptions and incentives. Brigham can assist clients in a variety of states find ways to comply with a patchwork of regulations and assists clients with tax exemption and abatement obligations and applicable law.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker served as an attorney in Indiana advising commercial real estate clients in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. He has represented clients in Indiana and Ohio in litigation before the Indiana Board of Tax Review, Indiana Tax Court, Ohio Board of Tax Appeals and Ohio appellate courts. Brigham served as a senior tax consultant working with commercial real estate properties where he advocated for tax appeal positions at hearings before county tax boards and developed strategies to achieve tax liability reductions.

Personal Interests

Spending time with his wife and four kids, golf and hunting.
