Ken is also a manager of document review who assists with the identification, preservation and collection of electronically-stored information during discovery. He has supervised document review teams of all sizes. In this role, he consults with legal teams related to the legal aspects of electronic discovery including legal holds, records collection and preservation, deposition preparation, privilege review, and motion practice.
As an e-discovery consultant, Ken assists with the collection of data using forensically defensible techniques. His skills include document and database management, processing of electronically stored information, forensic collection and quality control.
Before joining the firm, Ken was an associate at another Minneapolis law firm where he represented insurance companies with an emphasis on subrogation.
