Overview
Kaela McCabe represents clients in a variety of financial matters, including corporate trust transactions, restructurings and financial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaela served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Heavican of the Nebraska Supreme Court, where she performed extensive research for cases, assisted in preparation for oral arguments and drafted various documents on issues of first impression.
During law school, Kaela served as a clerk with a German law firm and an intern with the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Mission to International Organizations in Vienna.
