Diane Mason is a trademark lawyer who consistently demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of intellectual property across a broad range of industries and technologies. Her more than 25-year career reflects strategic inroads into the practice of intellectual property law, with particular strength in the areas of litigation and trademarks. She assists national and international clients in developing, maintaining and protecting their trademark portfolios.

Diane advises on the clearance of marks and globally prosecutes hundreds of trademarks involving well-known consumer brands as well as technology clients. Diane actively works with clients to globally protect clients’ marks by developing plans that meet their goals and budgets. She also works with clients to aggressively enforce trademarks and copyrights in federal and state courts and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Diane counsels clients in all aspects of their trademark use to protect the strength of their marks and to reduce the risk of infringement liability.
