Overview
Jane represents clients in complex financial disputes and focuses on situations involving fraud and insolvency. She has significant experience conducting internal investigations, particularly for clients in the financial services industry. An experienced trial lawyer, Jane frequently litigates claims of piercing the corporate veil, breach of fiduciary duty and fraudulent transfer in federal courts across the nation. She represents some of the nation's largest banks and collaborates with restructuring and bankruptcy colleagues to represent creditors, receivers, trustees and entities involved in complex bankruptcy disputes.
