Overview
Sam Marll represents a variety of clients in transactional and corporate-governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Sam worked as an investment-management associate for a national firm in Washington, D.C., where his practice focused on private-fund matters.
While in law school, Sam was a non-legal advocate and case manager for the Penn Law Employment Advocacy Project, a student-run pro bono organization that represents individuals appealing denials of unemployment compensation.
