Stephanie Marcozzi represents private and public companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including compliance with federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings.

Stephanie’s practice involves advising clients on public company reporting requirements and general corporate governance. She also drafts deal documents, conducts due diligence, and reviews and negotiates commercial contracts. She has experience serving as bond, borrower’s and underwriter’s counsel in public finance transactions and representing borrowers in other corporate finance transactions.

Stephanie is a member of the corporate and securities group and is involved with diversity and inclusion initiatives at the firm.

While in law school, Stephanie served as a student representative for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services. She was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in 2016 and worked as a law clerk in the firm’s insurance litigation group in 2015.
