Overview
Renee counsels clients on a wide variety of employment issues and litigates employment disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She also advises clients on compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Her practice encompasses assisting clients with terminations, trainings, workplace investigations, employee classifications, I-9 audits, employee handbooks and policies. She also has experience drafting employment contracts and working on labor and employment deal diligence.
Renee is a contributor to the firm's LaborSphere blog, which provides coverage and insights on breaking cases, recently enacted legislation and a broad range of labor issues.
