Ahmad Malik is an intellectual property litigator focusing on high-stakes patent cases.

A former federal law clerk for Judge D. Michael Fisher of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and Judges Cathy Bissoon and Patricia L. Dodge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Ahmad leverages his unique perspective to advance the interests of his clients.

Ahmad has counseled clients in disputes involving a range of technologies including therapeutic genes, cellular modems, telecommunications, medical devices, optics/lasers and software applications. His litigation experience spans pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery and dispositive motions.

Ahmad maintains an active pro bono practice. He recently second-chaired a federal pro bono jury trial involving violations of a prisoner’s constitutional rights.

Personal Interests

As a fitness enthusiast, Ahmad loves going to the gym. When not at work or at the gym, Ahmad enjoys LEGO play or outdoor activities with his three sons and his wife.
