Overview

Andrea Leider practices securities and corporate law. She advises public companies on SEC reporting requirements, stock exchange rules, proxy regulation, executive compensation issues and corporate governance matters.
Andrea represents clients in public offerings, private placements and other securities transactions. She also counsels clients on general business matters, such as contract preparation and entity formation issues.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Andrea worked as senior counsel and corporate secretary at an NYSE-listed mining company, where she assisted the company with its initial public offering, handled various corporate and securities matters and worked with the company's board of directors and its committees on corporate governance and equity compensation issues. Before working as in-house counsel, Andrea also worked as an associate at a national law firm and a large Delaware law firm.
