Jason Kraus designs and implements international patent strategies that create maximum value for clients. Jason partners with clients to ensure products avoid infringing competitors' patents and to build international patent portfolios that provide a competitive business advantage. He also works with clients to enforce patents against competitors in patent infringement litigation.
