T.J. Keefe counsels clients in the financial services industry, including registered investment companies and their boards and investment advisers. He assists organizations, including open-end, closed-end, multi-series, multi-manager and exchange-traded funds, with a wide range of filings and compliance matters.
T.J. was previously a judicial intern for the Honorable James Knoll Gardner of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before attending law school, he was a teacher at KIPP New Orleans Schools and a Teach for America corps member in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.
