Natalie Kraft is animated by a passion for building strong brands and strong companies through critical decision-making. She brings a unique set of business skills to lawyering through her experience at a major accounting firm, mentorship of a number of startup companies and her MBA background, having graduated first in her MBA class. She advises private and public companies, private equity funds, and portfolio companies on a wide variety of transactions. She focuses on corporate mergers and acquisitions, insurance and reinsurance, venture and innovation, investments, securities, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalie worked as a tax clerk for Judge Carl Walker of the Circuit Court of Cook County, interned for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in 2016.
