Evan was previously a summer associate for the firm, supporting the corporate practice group. He assisted with regulatory enforcement investigations and reviewed related advisory and disclosure agreements for blind spots that may impact clients’ compliance status. Before joining the firm, Evan was a legal assistant for a global investment and advisory financial services firm in Chicago. During his time there, he advised the firm on applicable regulatory developments, compliance matters related to the Investment Company Act, and a variety of corporate governance matters.
