Overview
Kyle Jaep works with public and private companies, focusing his practice on M&A and securities reporting. He also advises clients on finance and capital markets transactions, as well as general corporate governance.
During law school, Kyle served as editor-in-chief of the Duke Law & Technology Review and co-authored a paper on health care regulatory reform, on which he gave expert testimony before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Professional Licensure Committee.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys performing and recording songs with his array of guitars.
