Cross-Border Labor & Employment
Ryan provides strategic advice and counsel to domestic and multinational employers on hiring and termination, reductions in force, disciplinary actions, disability issues, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants, diversity and inclusion issues, internal training programs and global mobility. He has experience drafting global employment policies, executive contracts and employee handbooks, as well as performing employment-related due diligence on mergers and acquisitions and other transactions.
