Sarah's experience includes:
- Managing and analyzing copyright and trademark portfolios
- Assisting with trademark clearance, investigation and enforcement matters
- Conducting due diligence searching and analyzing intellectual property assets
- Drafting data breach notifications, online and mobile privacy policies and terms of use
- Assisting with sweepstakes, contests and advertising review
- Managing intellectual property projects, including global brand audits, ownership updates, brand clearance and customs recordations
Sarah works with clients across multiple business sectors, including retail, agricultural, financial, restaurant, nonprofit and franchise.
Past Experience
Before joining the firm, Sarah worked in legal and corporate settings, including project management, database planning, and training and mentoring others.
