Patricia Halling advises clients on variety of corporate matters, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, and corporate governance.
Before joining the firm, Patricia was the assistant general counsel for the New York City Housing Development Corporation, a leading lender for multi-family affordable housing.
Previously, Patricia was an associate in the New York and London offices of two international law firms where she gained experience in capital markets, securities regulation, M&A, private equity and other corporate transactions.
