Overview

Audrey Hale guides hospitals and hospital systems, including behavioral health providers, through transactional, governance and regulatory matters material to their success. She is a trusted adviser on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as on physician contracting, licensure, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA), medical staff and managed care matters. Audrey also advises health care governing boards and management on regulatory issues related to compliance, financial reimbursement, tax-exempt status and patient privacy issues.

She counsels clients on transactions that address their strategic and clinical goals, seeking to ensure that health care organizations minimize risks and maximize benefits in their partnerships and other operational agreements.
