For more than three decades, Neil Haimm has served as an adviser for technology, life science and business service companies and investors on key business issues and strategic transactions. He counsels public and private businesses — including multinational corporations — on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. With his depth of experience, Neil quickly assesses the opportunities and challenges of each transaction and effectively structures and negotiates beneficial terms for clients.

Neil is highly experienced in representing private equity firms in M&A, venture and growth capital investments and assists family offices in investment and acquisition transactions.

Personal Interests

Neil met his wife Laura while attending the University of Pennsylvania. They now have two children who are also Penn alumni. Neil is active in mentoring corporate associates and enjoys serving as an ambassador to firm alumni.
