Michael Grigsby gives buyers and sellers the confidence to plan and execute complex mergers and acquisitions. He has wide experience through the entire corporate buying and selling process.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Michael assists clients in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents in high-value mergers and acquisitions. In addition to leading teams of junior associates for corporate deals, Michael works with clients in the formation and organization of their corporate structures.
Prior Experience
Michael has served as an intern for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and served as a judicial intern for Judge Janice Karlin in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Topeka, Kansas.
Personal Interests
Michael enjoys listening to and recording music, reading and spending time with his three daughters.
