Overview
Before joining the firm, Kendall was an intellectual property law clerk for Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, where he evaluated patentability of clients’ products, drafted patent applications, responded to office actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), conducted prior art searches, and performed research.
Personal Interests
Kendall enjoys watching most sporting events; in particular, Kendall loves to watch Princeton University football (where his brother plays), Avon High School volleyball (where his sister coaches), Wright State University basketball (where he played), Indiana Pacers basketball, and Indianapolis Colts football. He also attends the Indianapolis 500 each year, adores learning Latin dances with his wife, relishes spending time with his son, family, and friends, and competes fiercely at Euchre and cornhole.
