Overview
Henry Grabbe represents clients in all aspects of litigation from pre-complaint negotiation through trial and appeal. Henry's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial disputes and white-collar defense. He has experience in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts, and before federal agencies.
Henry has assisted clients navigating domestic and international legal disputes arising from the energy, communications, cryptocurrency and finance industries, and he helped secure an acquittal in a federal criminal prosecution after a five-week jury trial.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Henry clerked for the Honorable Fabiana Pierre-Louis of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. During law school, Henry interned for the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District and Pennsylvania and for the Honorable Luis Felipe Restrepo of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
