Timothy Gilbert assists clients with various aspects of legal proceedings and trial preparation, including legal research and the drafting of motions and other legal memoranda.

Timothy interned for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as for the Honorable Lynne A. Sitarski. In his time with the court, Timothy worked on an array of judicial opinions, including decisions involving a securities fraud claim, an initial interpretation of Pennsylvania motor vehicle finance laws and employment discrimination claims.
