Timothy Gilbert supports clients in insurance litigation, with a focus on matters involving life and disability insurance. He has experience navigating complex insurance issues including matters regarding policy interpretation, contestability, coverage disputes, lapse and rescission.
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Tim interned for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as for the Honorable Lynne A. Sitarski. In his time with the court, Tim worked on an array of judicial opinions, including decisions involving a securities fraud claim, an initial interpretation of Pennsylvania motor vehicle finance laws and employment discrimination claims.
