Overview
Lindsey Folcik counsels clients in land use, eminent domain and real estate law. Lindsey also maintains a focus on environmental law.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey was a law clerk for Judge Lino S. Lipinsky de Orlov of the Colorado Court of Appeals, where she researched and drafted dozens of opinions in a variety of complex civil and criminal matters.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Lindsey enjoys cooking, rock climbing and spending time with her rescue dog, Ringo.
