Overview
Molly E. Flynn is a trial attorney and litigation strategist for multinational and Fortune 500 companies facing complex litigation, including mass tort, products liability, and catastrophic injury claims. She guides clients from case initiation through discovery and trial. Molly believes that success derives from collaboration and creative problem-solving.
Representative matters include:
- Defending food processor in wrongful death claim arising from COVID-19 pandemic
- Defending medical device manufacturer in products liability actions from case work-up through trial, in federal MDL and state court mass tort program
- Defending pharmaceutical manufacturer in products liability and consumer protection act claims from case work-up through trial, in various state actions filed by state attorneys general and individual plaintiffs
- Representing pharmaceutical manufacturer in negotiations to resolve reimbursement of medical costs related to an adverse event during a clinical trial

Interests
Molly enjoys living in Philadelphia with her husband and children. On the weekends and on vacation, they can be found hiking, camping, or backpacking through the National Park System.
