Erin Dooley brings to the table legal dexterity — and an academic background in statistics and business — to help clients understand and better respond to the market. She offers accessible and creative counsel amid strategic transactions, with special consideration given to tax efficiency.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker’s corporate group, Erin was a law clerk for Todd Welty, P.C., assisting in tax controversy matters regarding syndicated conservation easements. She prepared relevant legal memoranda on litigation strategy, drafted responses to initial document requests from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and assisted in document reviews. She also served as a summer law clerk for the firm, supporting attorneys on matters ranging from multimillion-dollar transactions to pro bono and class action litigation.

While in law school, Erin worked as a summer law clerk for McLaughlin & Lauricella P.C., an intern for the Honorable Nina Wright Padilla in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and a research assistant for Harold E. Kohn Chair and Professor of Law Jonathan Lipson.
