Overview

Brenda Diaz provides litigation support for complex litigation matters in New York’s state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She assists with preparation and filing of pleadings, preparation of discovery, organization of case files and trial preparation. Brenda’s experience includes complex business disputes, financial services litigation, class action litigation, product liability and asbestos litigation, and broker-dealer disputes. Brenda has more than 20 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal and is fluent in Spanish.

Brenda is passionate about pro bono work and routinely assists attorneys with both litigation and corporate pro bono matters. As a native of Costa Rica, she adds a personal touch to her work on immigration pro bono cases on behalf of unaccompanied minors.
