Michael DeNote helps clients navigate the barriers blocking real estate opportunities. With more than a decade of experience in the field, he works with corporate, government and individual clients to simplify financings, development and acquisitions, leasing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions, and zoning and land-use matters.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Mike was a real estate associate in the Wilmington area, where he focused on commercial real estate transactions, financings, land use and litigation. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Judge Thomas Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Court.
