Terri Combs is a business litigator and trial lawyer with East Coast experience and Midwest reliability. She represents clients within the investment banking and financial services industry in securities litigation and enforcement, and represents companies and their executives in corporate governance and M&A disputes.
Terri practiced for 11 years in New York City before returning to the Midwest and Faegre Drinker. She has tried matters to jury verdict and successfully represented clients in actions throughout the country. She remains licensed in New York as well as Iowa, and holds her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. In 2018 Terri was nominated by the Iowa Judicial Nominating Commission as one of three candidates for appointment to the Iowa Supreme Court.
