Overview
Christina Chapin focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, internal investigations and class actions. She has represented clients in response to investigations by the Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory agencies. She is also experienced in handling business disputes, employment matters and issues for insurance companies.
Christina regularly contributes to the firm’s TCPA Blog, which provides important news and insight about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Christina also contributes to Enforcement Highlights, another firm blog which provides reports, discussions and analyses on noteworthy trends in enforcement and regulatory activity of the SEC and other agencies, such as the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Christina previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin of the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable Mary Anne Mason of the Illinois Appellate Court.
