Heather Campbell Burgess

Past Experience

While in law school, Heather served as a summer associate with Faegre Drinker, where she researched and wrote detailed memoranda. She also worked as a legal extern under Judge R. Brooke Jackson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Rice in the Colorado Supreme Court. Heather also served as a research assistant to Justin Marceau and Arthur Best, professors of law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Personal Interests

Heather likes to travel — ideally to places where she can downhill ski and/or eat delicious food — and enjoys playing board games. She lived in Spain after undergraduate school and enjoys cooking Spanish dishes when she has some free time.
