Kacey Buderi partners with clients to develop analysis-based strategies regarding legislative and regulatory developments affecting the health care industry. She brings extensive experience as a health policy analyst and Medicaid subject matter expert most recently serving as a senior analyst with the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) where she led research projects and policy discussions on a range of Medicaid topics including: Medicaid in Puerto Rico and other territories, non-emergency medical transportation, implementation of electronic asset verification programs, design and implementation of Section 1115, delivery system and payment reform initiatives, managed care program integrity issues, Medicaid buy-in and state public option proposals, the role of Medicaid for American Indians and Alaska Natives and opportunities to expand the role of community health workers in Medicaid.
