Overview

Caitlin Britos assists clients in benefit plan issues and executive compensation matters. She advises clients on remaining compliant with ERISA and Internal Revenue Code.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Caitlin served as an attorney advisor and legal clerk for the Honorable Noran J. Camp in the Office of Administrative Judges in the U.S. Department of Labor. In that role, Caitlin managed a docket of approximately 150 cases. She has also served as a legal extern at a hospital in Boston and interned in the office of the Senate Counsel in the Massachusetts Legislature and in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maine. Prior to law school, Caitlin served as a mergers and acquisitions legal assistant at a law firm in New York.

Personal Interests

Caitlin is a history enthusiast who enjoys exploring museums, playing tennis, and going to yoga classes.
