Sarah Bowers represents clients in employment litigation matters in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She defends against claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Equal Pay Act. Sarah also counsels clients on best practices regarding employment-related policies and procedures.

Past Experience

Prior to law school, Sarah was a seventh grade integrated science teacher with Teach for America in St. Louis.
