David Archer is a litigator who helps client resolve business and commercial disputes. He represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of business litigation matters. 

During law school, David worked as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the Minneapolis City Attorney’s office, primarily on civil litigation matters. David also worked as a law clerk in Xcel Energy’s Office of General Counsel, on litigation matters, and on state and federal regulatory affairs.

Before law school, David worked as a senior advisor to the Governor of Colorado. 

David is an enthusiast of the outdoors, basketball and travel.
