Janice Sued Agresti counsels and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Janice is a problem-solver who manages employment-related problems with a focus on business-oriented solutions.

Janice advises clients in a wide range of complex employment issues related to due diligence, and she advises multinational employers in managing their international workforce. She also advises employers regarding issues related to restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, COVID-19, workplace investigations, high-profile matters, and the prevention of unlawful discrimination in the workplace under the ADA, the ADEA, Title VII, and state or local laws. Janice also represents employers in employment litigation arising under both state and federal laws. 

Janice seconded with a Fortune 250 Financial Services Company in New York City. Before joining Faegre Drinker, Janice was an associate at a major international labor and employment law firm.

During law school, Janice clerked at an established regional law firm and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge, Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Garrett D. Page, Judge in the 38th Pennsylvania Judicial District. During law school, Janice was also a staff editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and a board member of the Latin American Law Students Association and School Discipline Advocacy Service. 

Before practicing law, Janice taught high school history in Philadelphia and her hometown of New York City.

Janice is bilingual and can serve clients in two languages. She is an active member of the New York City Bar Association, currently serving as Secretary of the Labor and Employee Committee and Member of the Trade Secrets Committee; the Dominican Bar Association, currently co-chairing both the Youth Outreach Committee and the Law Student Committee; the National Employment Law Council, serving on its Newsletter Committee; and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
