Estate & Business Succession Planning
Caitlin’s experience includes estate and business succession planning for high net worth clients. She takes into account non-tax considerations as well as the impact of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes to help clients maximize the value of their assets. Caitlin also uses cutting-edge techniques such as directed trusts, decanting and non-judicial settlements to help clients achieve their objectives.
Risk Management and Disputes
Caitlin provides risk management advice to fiduciaries and represents parties in complex trust disputes, will contests, and reformation and construction actions. She understands the unique challenges presented by trust dispute matters and the importance of finding solutions that help parties move forward with their lives.
