Washington, D.C. partner and deputy chair of the intellectual property (IP) group Robert Stoll was interviewed by Dr. Debra Osgood for a weekly radio show on WGIR Today iHeart radio titled “Movers & Shakers Radio Interview, IP Law”.
Stoll discussed the necessity of getting the general public to understand the importance of intellectual property to job growth and economic development. He also spoke about the patent system and potential alterations, including addressing patent subject matter eligibility, enforcing IP in foreign countries and improvements to the post grant procedures at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
