Greg Abrams Discusses Biometric Lawsuits With Business Insurance

Greg Abrams discussed the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling in Nimesh Patel v. Facebook Inc., which involved Facebook's facial-recognition technology. The ruling allows plaintiffs to proceed with litigation under Article III of the Constitution — alleging "concrete and particularized harm" — when Facebook's facial-recognition technology tags users' photos without consent.
