Exposure and Insurance Solutions for Directors and Officers Liability

David F. Abernethy, a partner in Drinker Biddle's Insurance Practice Group, will serve on the faculty at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program, “Exposure and Insurance Solutions for Directors and Officers Liability.” Mr. Abernethy’s presentation will focus on current topics in insurance coverage for directors and officers liability, including rescission of insurance policies, notice requirements, severability and key policy exclusions. The program will be held April 22 from 2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. at The Conference Center at Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA.
