2021 LESI Virtual Conference

On May 27th, 2021, Partner and Deputy Chair of the IP group Bob Stoll spoke on a panel at the Licensing Executives Society International virtual annual conference. During the “Trends in Recent SEP Judgements and Future Perspectives from the Lawyer’s Viewpoint” session, Bob spoke about the development of the Administration positions on remedies available on Standard Essential Patent (SEP) cases. Bob also discussed the FTC v. Qualcomm and TCL v. Ericsson cases.
