Faegre Drinker Partner Bob Stoll was a panelist for the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s (FCBA) Global Patent Systems Challenges webinar on April 20, 2021. Focusing on the enforcement jurisdictions of the U.S., Germany and China, Bob and his fellow panelists discussed current regulations, improvements and upcoming legislative developments in these three regions. During a discussion of USPTO Section 101, Bob shared his extensive knowledge of the law and patent screening processes underway which may affect future outcomes.
