FCBA Diversity Pipeline Program: Substantive Skills Session

Overview

Partner Alicia Batts was invited to teach a session of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) Diversity Pipeline Program, an internship program for 1L students from marginalized communities. Alicia’s antitrust session was part of a six-week substantive skills program covering legal topics in technology, media and telecommunications law —providing participants with a solid foundation of baseline concepts before beginning their internships in May. Alicia led students in an overview of tech regulation in the U.S. and EU, general antitrust laws, current hot topics on the Hill and EU digital regulation.
