Careless written words in letters, text messages, emails and social media posts can become a major challenge to defend against. Adrienne and the panel addressed how companies can employ protections that guard against adversaries and educate employees (without it looking like a coverup), and delved into what constitutes writing safe content, technological solutions and practical tips for ensuring smart communications.
