On a panel featuring jurists and practitioners, Faegre Drinker’s Kaitlyn Stone was featured as part of the Essex County Bar Association’s Professionalism Day 2020 presentation, “The Promise and Peril of the 'Remote' Practice of Law: Maintaining Professionalism While Remaining Remote.”
The ethics presentation explored the Rules of Professional Conduct and what they require when attorneys are working from home or elsewhere. The role of technology and the importance of civility were highlighted as part of this timely discussion of remote work issues facing many practitioners during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
