Pro Bono Anti–Human Trafficking Initiatives: You Can Make a Difference

New York partner Jerry Hathaway will present at the American Bar Association’s (ABA’s) 14th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference on November 11-13, 2020. Jerry will moderate the panel “Pro Bono Anti–Human Trafficking Initiatives: You Can Make a Difference” to discuss guidance on how to identify human trafficking victims and process T-Visa applications; provide examples of successful pro bono cases; and explore ways that labor and employment lawyers can assist victims using pro bono networks and technology. Jerry will be joined by Kimberley Chaput, Association of Flight Attendants; Sandro Garofalo, Target; and Martin Vandenberg of the Human Trafficking Legal Center.
