The USPTO’s New Revised §§ 101 and 112 Guidance: Substance and Strategies
Overview
On Wednesday, June 26, Washington, DC, partner and cochair of the IP Group, Bob Stoll, participated in the Association of Chief Patent Counsel (ACPC) meeting in Memphis. Bob spoke on a panel titled “The USPTO’s New Revised §§ 101 and 112 Guidance: Substance and Strategies,” which was about patent subject matter eligibility, to about 60 chief IP counsels. Todd Dickinson from Polsinelli moderated the panel that also included Tom Brown from Dell Technologies and Greg Durbin from Polsinelli.
