T-CAM Roundtable: Nobody Likes a Cheater

Minneapolis, MN

Overview

The Supreme Court’s Lexmark decision has made federal false advertising claims much more difficult, and NAD is an increasingly attractive option. Join us for important lessons from the NAD and FTC in a post-Lexamark world on how to advertise truthfully and ensure your competitors are doing the same — and what to do when they cross the line.

This seminar is the first installment in a three-part roundtable series hosted by the Faegre Baker Daniels trademark, copyright, advertising and media (T-CAM) practice. These sessions bring legal and marketing professionals together for a guided discussion on current trends and developments in this area of law.

There is no fee to participate. You will have an opportunity to register for your preferred session(s) as part of the registration process.

An application for standard Minnesota CLE will be submitted.
