Faegre Drinker Named a Top Law Firm for Women by Working Mother

Faegre Drinker is proud to be one of 60 law firms honored in Working Mother’s 13th “Best Law Firms for Women” list, which recognizes firms that utilize best practices in finding, retaining, promoting and developing women lawyers. 

“Law firms on this year’s list were better prepared to respond to the effects of the pandemic because of their continued support of flextime and remote work for working parents and caregivers,” said Subha V. Barry, president of Working Mother Media. “We are proud to recognize their resilience and steadfast commitment to supporting gender equality.”

Faegre Drinker is also part of the Working Mother Best Law Firms for Women Hall of Fame, which recognizes law firms that have been on the Best Law Firms for Women list for 10 years or more.

In addition to the 2020 Working Mother recognition, Faegre Drinker was among 48 U.S. law firms to receive Gold Standard Certification by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum.

On Sept. 22, as part of Working Mother’s virtual Best Law Firms for Women event, Kastel and Reich will provide insight into how the two longtime cultures of diversity and inclusion of Faegre Drinker’s legacy firms came together, resulting in an express, active commitment to promoting women into leadership roles. About the Methodology

The 2020 Working Mother Best Law Firms for Women application, administered by the Working Mother Research Institute, includes more than 300 questions about attorney demographics at different levels, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women.
